1.1 Our Service Bombay Art Company operates a custom print-on-demand business. Every order is individually printed and created specifically for you after order placement. We do not maintain pre-printed inventory.

1.2 Custom Nature All products are made-to-order based on your selection. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled except as specified in our Returns Policy.

1.3 Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place orders. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

1.4 Prohibited Uses You may not use our products for illegal purposes, reproduce our designs commercially, or violate intellectual property laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

2.1 Order Confirmation Orders are confirmed upon payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations allowed within 12 hours of order placement
After 12 hours, orders are considered approved and enter production
No cancellations accepted once production begins

Production begins within 24 hours of order approval
Delivery timeframe: 4-14 business days from order placement
Timeline may extend due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances

SECTION 3 – PRICING & PAYMENT

3.1 Pricing All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST. No additional taxes will be charged.

3.2 Price Changes Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders honor the price at time of purchase.

3.3 Payment Full payment is required at time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods as displayed during checkout.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping Coverage We ship across India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and product specifications.

4.3 Weather & Force Majeure Delays Delivery timelines may extend by 2-7 additional days due to:

5.1 No Returns Policy Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery except in cases of damage during transit.

Keep original packaging and materials
We will arrange exchange or refund as mutually agreed

Self-shipped returns must be dispatched within 48 hours of approval
Returned items must be in original condition with packaging

We photograph all items before packaging as proof of proper printing
Items not meeting our return conditions will be returned to customer at their expense
Customized/personalized products are non-returnable under all circumstances

5.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds processed within 7 working days
Refunds issued to original payment method
Rs. 100 shipping reimbursement provided for approved self-shipped returns via coupon code
