At Bombay Art Company, every artwork is made to order and shipped with care. Please review our timelines and conditions before placing your order.
Order Processing
- All products are custom-printed.
- Printing usually begins within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing may take 7–20 business days depending on artwork type and demand.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Metro & Tier 1 cities: 7–14 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 10–20 business days
- Remote locations: 15–25 business days
These timelines are estimates only. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers. Bombay Art Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather, strikes, or other external factors.
Shipping Partners
We work with reliable third-party courier companies across India. Delivery to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than average.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Orders can be tracked directly on the courier’s website or app.
Packaging & Handling
- Paper & canvas prints: Rolled, bubble-wrapped, and shipped in sturdy tubes.
- Framed & wall art: Packed in reinforced corrugated boxes with protective layering.
Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch.
Loss, Damage & Liability
Once handed to the courier, the package is no longer under our direct control. Bombay Art Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
If damage occurs, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Depending on assessment, a replacement or refund may be arranged under our Returns Policy.
