Exchange, Refund and Returns

Every order undertaken by us is a custom order made only for you so we do not allow cancellations, exchanges or refunds after delivery. 

However, if any product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, we will honour cancellations, exchanges and refunds. 

Please also take a note of our other policies:

1.     Cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After that we consider the order approved.

2.     Damaged items may be exchanged or refunded – As mutually agreed.

3.     A snapshot of items will be shared with print to prove that we have properly printed and packed material. 

4.     All damaged items must be returned as is with original packaging and tags in place.

5.     Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.

6.     In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at bombayartcompany@gmail.com

7.     If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

8.     Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

9.     Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

10.  In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Bombayartcompany.com In this case, an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

11.  Customised products will not be returned. 

12.  We expect to complete all deliveries in a minimum of 4 days and maximum of 14 days product ordered and location of delivery.
